After your order is shipped, we send your courier tracking number on WhatsApp.
If you haven’t received it, simply message us:

2. Track Through Courier Website

Once you receive your tracking number, you can check the shipment status directly on the courier’s online portal:

  • M&P Courier: mulphilog.com

Copy your tracking number → paste it on the website → view live tracking.

(We will inform you which courier service was used for your order.)


3. Delivery Time

Orders within Pakistan usually take 2–7 business days, depending on your city and product weight.


4. Frequently Asked Questions

My tracking number shows invalid?

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to get activated. Please check again after some time.

My order is stuck on “In Transit”?

This is normal when the parcel is moving between cities.
If it stays the same for over 48 hours, contact us on WhatsApp.

Tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Contact us immediately.
We will verify the delivery with the courier and resolve the issue.
